Many of you will be travelling to celebrate our wedding and we want your travel arrangements to be as simple as possible.
We have organised bus transfers to and from Lancefield and Heathcote for the below pick up locations and times. If you wish to utilise the bus transport, please ensure you add this to your RSVP.

What is the dress code? Dress code will be black tie
How do I RSVP to your wedding? Please use the RSVP form on this website. You can access our RSVP form via this link. If you are having trouble with the form, please send us an email at rachelandmaxwedding2025@gmail.com
What is the RSVP date? Please RSVP before January 1st 2025.
Can I bring a plus one? Our venue has a strict guest capacity which has made it very tricky to create our guest list. Therefore only those listed on your invite are invited to our wedding.
Can I drive my car to the venue? Yes you can. There is car parking available. We do encourage you to utilise the bus transport we have arranged.
When do I need to let you know if I would like to use the bus transport? Please let us know asap if you with to use the bus service. You can do this through the RSVP form or you can email us at rachelandmaxwedding2025@gmail.com
What time should I arrive for the ceremony? We will be serving pre-wedding bubbles from 2:15pm with our ceremony starting at 3pm sharp. Please ensure you arrive at 2:00pm at the latest.
What time will the wedding conclude? The official finish time will be 11pm. We will have buses arranged to safely return you to Heathcote and Lancefield at 11pm. However, if you wish you leave a little earlier, we will have one bus departing at 10pm.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? The majority of the wedding will be outdoors. We will have some indoor spaces, but please bring a jacket as the nights can get cooler in March.
How do I let you know if I have any food allergies or dietaries? In our RSVP form you can let us know of any dietaries we need to let our catering team be aware of. Please ensure you let us know of dietaries before January 1st 2025.
Should I bring a wedding gift? Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together as a couple, a wishing well will be available at our reception.
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony? Please honour our wishes of no photos until we are pronounced Mr & Mrs. Thank you! We want to see your faces, not your devices. Please put away your phones and cameras until after the ceremony.
Can I share photos from your wedding on social media? We politely ask that you don't post photos of our special day on social media. We are happy for you to take them and share them with us, but we would like to be able to choose who else to share our day with ourselves
If there is an update about the wedding, how will you let me know? Our RSVP form asks for your email address. This is how we will share any updates leading up to our special day.
